In late April, Henry M. Jackson Fellow Laura Stewart with her colleague Julian Kane, launched their short film “Our Story: Climate Justice and Environmental Justice (Video)”. The video is a series of interviews with leaders working for a cleaner and more just environment in the Puget Sound region. It included Alberto Rodriguez from the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition, Jourdan Imani Keith, from the Urban Wilderness Project, Aiko Schaefer with Front and Centered , and Sudha Nandagopal, from the City of Seattle’s Office of Sustainability and Environment and more. The intent of the film is to elevate the voices of communities disproportionately impacted by climate change. Watch the film below, you won’t regret it!
